About the Role

We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to optimize our tech sales funnel, build a team, reach new audiences, and expand to new territories. This role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing user acquisition efforts across multiple platforms to drive engagement and user growth from the start to the finish of the entire marketing funnel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in user acquisition and team management, a strong understanding of analytics, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve aggressive growth targets.

What You'll Be Doing

    • Manage the full funnel from awareness to conversion, including testing and deploying various tactics to increase conversion rates and user engagement.
    • Work closely with product teams, developers, and marketing to ensure a seamless user experience and maintain brand consistency.
    • Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, and digital ad platforms.
    • Design and implement comprehensive user acquisition strategies that align with our overall business objectives
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and detailed reporting to stakeholders.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to adapt and refine user acquisition strategies continually.

Desired Skills and Experience

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Product, or a related field
    • 2+ years of experience in user acquisition, preferably in a tech-focused or digital advertising environment
    • Strong understanding of user acquisition funnels and subscription-based business models (SaaS)
    • Hands-on Experience with multiple user acquisition channels (including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Taboola, Outbrain, etc.)
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of leading multiple projects simultaneously
    • Creative thinker with a problem-solving, can-do attitude.
