About the Role
Adcore seeks a driven and tech-savvy Customer Success Executive to enhance our dynamic tech team. Your role will entail engaging with both existing and new clients and managing various product-related aspects, from features and usability to marketing and communication. Responsibilities include managing our technology clients, providing technical support, working with Tech Team, Operation Team and Sales Team to serve clients from around the world. Especially in South East Asia, China, India, and the United States.
What You'll Be Doing
- Customer Satisfaction Management: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer retention. Provide prompt responses via all communication channels, including emails, messengers, and online chat.
- Problem Solving: Listen to and understand key issues. Being able to provide proper solutions and take practical problem-solving actions.
- Community Engagement: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with Adcore Clients’ community. Understand the Client’s background, industry, and business type to provide valuable advice for Tech Development.
- Communication: Work closely with the Tech Team, Operation Team, and Sales Team to monitor and manage each client's status. Pass the right questions to the right team with high efficiency of communication.
- Technical Knowledge: Master and understand the current technical knowledge of all Adcore platforms. Familiarity with the team structure of Tech Product and related operation flows.
- KPIs and Success Metrics: Define, monitor, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics crucial to our business and customers.
- Initiate Growth Opportunities: Take the initiative to identify growth opportunities for both the business and our clients.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree
- Exceptional Communication, Analytical, and Problem-Solving Skills
- 2-4 Years of Experience in a Customer Success Role within a B2B Software Company, Preferably Working with Medium-Sized Organizations
- Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads Platforms
- Knowledge of the E-commerce Sector and Digital Marketing Industry Preferred
- Proficiency in High-Level English, Both Written and Oral
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills and Methodologies
- Highly Organized with the Ability to Multitask Effectively
- Demonstrated Eagerness and Capability to Learn New Technologies
