About the Role
We are seeking a Client Success Manager to join our Elite team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clients across a diverse range of industries.
Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, provide strategic guidance, and drive positive outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing

Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and support.
- Proactively identify and address client needs and challenges.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance presentation meetings with clients, showcasing results, insights, and future plans.
- Continuously develop your skills and knowledge in digital marketing, client success, and industry trends.

Communication & Collaboration:
- Gain an in-depth understanding of each client's industry, business model, and target audience.
- Convey and implement strategies and tactics to achieve client objectives.
- Monitor client performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize data analysis tools to track campaign performance, identify trends, optimize strategies, and deliver actionable insights to clients.
- Prepare insightful reports and presentations to communicate findings to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Communication & Collaboration:
- Effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (E-commerce, Lead Generation, etc.) to ensure client success.
- Proactively address and resolve client challenges, leveraging them into opportunities for growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related analytical field - MUST
- Strong client management experience with a focus on building and maintaining relationships - a must (working in a marketing agency is a plus).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms and tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, GA4, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions - a must.
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew (Native) and English (Fluent)- Must. Additional languages- an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Strong presentation skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and insights to clients in both written and verbal formats.
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
- Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and proactively initiate growth.
- A genuine passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends.
Working Hours
- Full-time position: Sunday to Thursday.
- Offices are located in the Port of Tel Aviv, Hybrid mode is on!
