About the Role
Do you have a strong business sense? Want to grow and develop your career in sales and digital advertising? Do you have a work-hard, play-hard mentality? If so, we want to hear from you! We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our successful office in Toronto, Canada!
What You'll Be Doing
As a Sales Manager you’ll play an integral role in the North American region, identifying new areas to drive revenue and accelerate company growth. This position is a hands-on business development and sales role with opportunities to further grow yourself and the company.
- Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods through cold calls and emails
- Present, promote, and sell Adcore’s products and services to existing and prospective customers in the North American region
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and partnerships
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Initiate prospective clients' interest through cold calls and emails
- Cultivate and nurture the sales cycle process from initial contact through qualification
- Convert qualifying leads into meetings and sales opportunities
- Manage a portfolio to maintain active engagement with new and existing leads
- Report to the General Manager of Adcore North America while contributing to the company's growth and development
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or another related field – mandatory
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in inside sales or other relevant roles
- Prior experience in a digital advertising or agency environment is preferred
- Flawless communication skills in English, encompassing both written and oral proficiency
- Proven ability in lead generation and cold-calling
- Highly tech-savvy, possessing outstanding business acumen, with the capability to effectively present the company’s solutions to potential clients
- Essential qualities include being a team player, a fervent passion for sales, and a strong desire to learn and ascend within the organization
- The candidate must be a Canadian citizen or a Permanent Resident (PR) holder and reside in Canada
Working Hours
- Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Offices are located in Toronto, Hybrid mode is on!
