About the Role

We are looking for a talented and passionate B2B Content Marketing Manager (Entry Level) to join our Adcore Elite Agency!

In this role, you will support the development and execution of content strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth. You will gain hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, SEO optimization, and thought leadership development while working closely with marketing and sales teams.

What You'll Be Doing

    • Assist in creating compelling marketing materials such as case studies, blog posts, and landing pages to support business objectives.
    • Support the development of thought leadership content by researching industry trends and transforming insights into engaging articles and reports.
    • Manage and grow Adcore’s LinkedIn presence, including content scheduling, engagement, and community building.
    • Help optimize website content for SEO, analyze organic traffic performance, and suggest improvements based on data.
    • Work closely with internal teams to align content strategies with marketing campaigns.
    • Stay updated on B2B content marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve content effectiveness.

Desired Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field – MUST
    • Professional English – Must! (Native English – Preferred)
    • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • 1-2 year experience in B2B environment, content marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
    • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media platforms for B2B marketing.
    • Familiarity with SEO principles and experience using SEO tools (a plus!).
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize content accordingly.
    • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
