About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing digital marketing team as part of the agency in the Hong Kong office.
You will be managing the online marketing activity of the agency’s clients, hands-on building and implementing marketing strategies, and optimizing the client’s business goals and KPI’s.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) projects including client relations, performance analysis, market analysis, hands-on campaign development, testing & reporting
- Performance-driven digital marketing campaign management experience in eCommerce Industry is preferred.
- Analyze client websites and provide well-defined strategies to improve site performance and ROAS.
- Provide recommendations and develop a strategy for PPC campaigns on different platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram etc.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships with clients around the world.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree - Required
- English & Mandarin - Fluent (speaking and writing) – Required (Other languages – advantage)
- Digital Marketing experience – Over 3 years
- Highly motivated, goal-driven with a willingness to work for an agency
- Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and determine strategies based on data
- Customer service orientation and ability to form lasting customer relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, time management and attention to detail
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
